An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications
Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
Supervise or conduct field surveys, inspections or technical investigations to obtain data required to revise construction drawings.
Manage, monitor and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the architect
Drawing coordination with structure, M&E and Architectural
Liaise with any consultants, contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project
Communicate with contractors and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress
Carry out day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any contractors
Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of contractors
Plan the work and efficiently coordinate work progress of contractors to meet set deadlines
Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site
Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
Prepare reports and document project activities and data.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in BE(Civil)
Fluent in Chinese and Burmese, and proficient in English
Understand Chinese and English construction drawing
Good knowledge of construction projects
Skilled in CAD software, Microsoft office, any other receptive design software
Must have (5) years professional experience in related field
Ability to work under pressure
Must be initiative with strong sense of responsibility
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with various levels of management
