 Setting out, leveling and surveying the site.

 Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.

 Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant.

 To Read the technical specifications on daily basis and check with engineer for clarification.

 At the area of work, Extracting maximum labor output and progress, with utmost priority to quality and aim for zero wastage of material.

 Ensure that work is being carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.

 Ensure correct technique of construction in safe working environment.

 Keeping work areas clean during and after work.

 Directing the work men on quality, Cost and time aspects.

 Ensuring whether desired output is obtained, if not assess the problem and rectify the same with project engineer input.

 Clarification on quality and time requirements from project engineer.

 Check labor bills and subcontract bills.

 Quality to be ensured to 100% for daily work.

 Daily reports to engineer, properly documented on quantum of work done, material and manpower consumption.

 Resolving technical issues with employer’s representatives, suppliers, subcontractors and statutory authorities.

 Quality control in accordance with procedures method statements, quality plans and inspection and test plans, all prepared by the project management team and by subcontractors.

 Liaising with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws.

 Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.

 Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.

 Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.

 Preparing reports as required.

 Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

 Graduate with B-Tech (or) BE Civil.

 Age between 25-35.

 Must have 2 years working experience and above.
