Civil Engineer at a Successful Telecommunication Company in Yangon

  • Overall maintenance management of offices, showrooms, and retail shops
  • Up to 1,000,000 MMK plus other allowances

 

About the Company

 

Our client is a leading Telecommunication Company in Myanmar and they are trying to be the best in the market

 

The Role

  • To manage all required things of office maintenance and renovation projects
  • Manage on site, provide technical advice of civil and structure and dealing with M&E related
  • Repair and renovation of offices, showrooms, and retail shops
  • Project planning, budget estimating, contract management, site progress and HSE related area
  • Site supervision and sub-contract management and strong knowledge of construction material equipments

Job Requirements

  • At least 6 years of working experience in construction industry background
  • Must have bachelor’s degree of Civil Engineering or related field
  • Fluent in English is must
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, E tabs and MS offices
