Job Description

  • Conduct and Coordinate cleaning plan and ensure cleaning schedules are completed on time.
  • Ensure the whole building is keep neat tidy and up to Class (5 A) standard.
  • Assist in all cleaning works of FM department as required.
  • Lead the cleaning team to ensure all works are finished on time.
  • Ensure of all cleaning machine are kept and maintain.
  • Ensure the chemicals are utilized as per the requirement and within the allowable range.
  • Dispose chemicals as per local authority rules or building rules.
  • Be flexibe in changing the work schedule as needed.
  • Co-operate with the company to achieve compliance with HSE rules and regulation.
  • Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly.
  • Log and report all accidents, dangerous occurrences, or hazards, no matter how minor, to the superior or Heads of Department.
  • Carry walkie talkie, communicate and respond to requests from departments regarding cleaning issues throughout the day and routine walk the building.
  • Be able to stand by on 24/7 on duty days and must response accordingly.
  • Do ad-work Duty assignments as per organization needs.

Education

-Minimum high school certification or degree preferable.

-Basic English speaking and reading is needed.

Experience

-5 years in High Rise or Class A Building or hotel experience

Knowledge

-Familiarity with chemical used in cleaning stuffs

Skills

-Keep, maintain record and ensure in stock for consumable items.

-Control  cleaning team and supervise accordingly.
