1)Manage the business operation process and address the issues between FairDeal and the Principal side.
2) Provide guidance and coaching PSM on how to identify clients' needs for providing better services and to maintain long term client relationship
3) Organize the monthly business meeting with clients for better mutual understanding of operation process and clients’ marketing activities/plan
4) Providing advice and suggestions for better communication between FairDeal and Principal in order to sustain the long-term business partnership
5) Coordination cross-functionally to address the client’s issues
6)Create a campaign proposal and strategy align with the principle and distributor in order to implement the execution.
7)Develop effective communication platforms for Principal and FairDeal Monitor and measure client satisfaction.
8)Liaise with different departments about Principal (or ) client queries.
9)Offer advice to Principal (or ) clients on services and products.
10)Develop surveys and capture client information.
11)Participate in marketing campaigns.
12)Deal with Principal (or ) client requests and troubleshoot problems.
13)Developing and implementing client service strategies that will increase sales while providing a positive experience for all customers.
14)Overseeing the activities of staff to ensure the needs of customers are met and their problems resolved.
15)Contacting clients regularly to identify their needs, and to ensure they are satisfied with the received product/service.
16)Developing policies and procedures for the resolution of client complaints and problems.
17)Supervising and directing the activities of employees to ensure they comply with acceptable standards and achieve set objectives.
18)Carrying out product/service assessments and liaising with the production, marketing, and sales team to ensure they meet the specifications set by clients.
19)Preparing and managing budgets in order to achieve set targets and objectives.
