  • Supporting collateral management to all relevant divisions with high effectiveness.
  • Participating with relevant departments on Collateral analysis and evaluating.
  • Creating Leading and implementation of Collateral Operating Manual.
  • Organize planning, leading, monitoring and evaluating of collateral management.
  • Selecting and provide training to staff in order to improve their capability.
  • Examine policy and provide new ideas and recommend to the Management.
  • Monitors financial performance, establishes action plans to correct problem issues, monitors collateral value and condition, and provides continuous diligence to mitigate loss exposure to the business.
  • Monitoring and controlling all kinds of collateral and follow up the change of collateral quality and reporting to Management to find the solution.
  • Controlling and evaluating all kinds of collateral to secure loans.
  • Control and examine the market risk and loan amount compare to collateral value to find the solution.
  • Follow up and find mistakes to adjust and solve problems on time.
  • Keep update the current market price.
  • Other duties require from management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Finance or Business Administration, Marketing or relevant Master Degree is preferred.
  • At least 3 years experiences in loan field.
  • More experiences from Banks, MFIs, or NGO with position of manager as Credit officer, Loan Analysis, Loan Control.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and general computer use.
  • Sound communication skills & interpersonal skills, team work and problem solving.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English.
