On behalf of our Client, a farm equipment supplier. We are looking for a: Collection Officer to be based at their offices in Mandalay, Myanmar.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• ချေးငွေပြန်လည်ပေးဆပ်ရမည့်သူများ၏ ပေးသွင်းရမည့်အခြေအနေများနှင့်ပတ်သက်ပြီး အချိန်နှင့် တပြေးညီ မှန်ကန်မှုရှိမရှိစစ်ဆေးရမည်။

• ချေးငွေပြန်လည်ကောက်ခံရရှိနိုင်မည့် Target များ Way Plan များအားအကောင်အထည်ဖော် ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။

• နယ်ရုံးခွဲများနှင့်ပူးပေါင်းပြီး ကွင်းဆင်းစစ်ဆေးကောက်ခံနိုင်ရမည်။

• ပြန်လည်ပေးဆပ်ရန်ပျက်ကွက်နေသည့် Customer များအတွက် ဆောင်ရွက်ထားသည့် (Collection Activity Log) မှတ်တမ်းအား သေချာစွာ စစ်ဆေး၍ သောကြာနေ့တိုင်း Reporting Officer ထံသို့အစီရင်ခံတင်ပြရမည်။

• ကုမ္ပဏီမှချမှတ်ထားသော စည်းမျဥ်းစည်းကမ်းများအတိုင်း သက်ဆိုင်ရာဝန်ထမ်းများမှ ဆောင်ရွက်နေမှု အခြေအနေများကို ကြီးကြပ်စစ်ဆေးရမည်။

• ပြန်လည်ကောက်ခံရမည့် အခြေအနေများကို data analysis ပြုလုပ်ပြီး ခွဲခြမ်းစိတ်ဖြာရမည်။

• ကောက်ခံရန်ရှိအကြွေးစာရင်းများနှင့်ပတ်သက်ပြီး သတ်မှတ်ထားသည့် Target များအလိုက် ရရှိမှုအခြေအနေများ၊ ကောက်ခံရန်ကျန်ရှိသော အခြေအနေများ၊ Customer အခြေအနေများကို သုံးသပ်ပြီး Reporting Officer ထံသို့ အပတ်စဥ် တင်ပြရမည်။

Job Requirements

• University Degree with any major subject
• Minimum 1 year of experience in any business operation
• Prior collection experience preferred and must have law enforcement experience
• Able to work under pressure with the aptitude to learn are essential
• Possesses professionalism and integrity in dealings with peers and customers
• Able to understand the procedures and learn the process of legal action
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Good command of English language
• Willing to travel as business trips
