EFD Group and its group of companies in the Financial sector is looking for an experienced person in the financial service sector. Collection supervisor, one of the core members of the operation team, is responsible to be momentum on credit collection to support the company’s financial condition with solid knowledge in alignment with credit collection policies. The aim of this position is to lead initiatives for collection repayment in alignment with credit policies.  This position is responsible to develop and enhance the repayment reporting and monitoring framework which meets the requirements of credit collection policies. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of repayment reports. Performs repayment analysis and interprets the information and suggest actions for consideration to the Senior Management.

Duties/Responsibilities - Outline the duties and responsibilities of the position

• Responsible to contact customers to remind them about repayment
• Responsible to persuade customer to make repayments
• Responsible to explain to customers the consequence of late payments
• Responsible to monitor the loan portfolio and follow up an repayment.
• Responsible to negotiate repayment terms with defaulting clients
• Responsible to engage with borrowers and reach a realistic and affordable repayment plan
• In collaboration with responsible Branch Manager, Credit Supervisor and pursue loan repayments

• Must be University graduate
• Must be minimum (1) experience in loan recovery in Micro Finance Industry
• Must be Hard-working, passionate in helping customers
• Must be good in communication skill
• Preferred to work in Team-work capacity
• Must be good judgement and decision making
