Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

(Commercial)

  1. Plan, strategize and implement initiatives to improve asset utilization, cost optimization and revenue maximization.
  2. Legal and contract management of all Project Agreements. 
  3. Prepare Profit Investment Ratio (PIR), MFCM, Board and strategy papers
  4. Responsible for invoice finalization, receipts, payments, consents, waivers, outage planning and all commercial and contractual matters under the Power Purchase Agreement, including Fuel Demand Model
  5. Analysis of commercial metrics; crucial to preparation of annual budgets
  6. Secure perfection of security under loan agreements and release parent guarantee on loan
  7. Evaluate financing cost optimization in the face of LIBOR discontinuation and/or loan conversion to corporate backed loan.
  8. Financial modelling and evaluation of asset enhancement (capex) initiatives

(Risk)

  1. Responsible for reporting, planning and management of all risks and insurances
  2. Overall lead for Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and International Accreditation Framework (IAF).
  3. Preparation of Business Risk Control (BRC) reports
  4. Risk recommendation (from risk surveys) follow up and implementation
  5. Insurance pre-placement: - including renewal placement strategies, collecting and revalidating underwriting information, revalidate risk profiles and lenders’ compliances.
  6. Insurance placement: - check policy contract terms and seek management approvals.
  7. Insurance post-placement: - including policy document maintenance, check issuance of insurance certificates, premium payments, material information update, declarations, consents, waivers and claims management.
