Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Identify opportunities to expand the business, including through partnerships.
  • Signing NDA process. Fiber leasing price negotiation with all customers forward this client order form to technical team for high level design and PR team for quotation with standard price.
  • Prepare commercial clause (Unit Price/Payment terms) and provided to Legal and BD team then give support and check till final stage of contract. Contract negotiations as requirements and concerned points from Management.
  • calculate the discounted price / new proposal for existing clients and report to Management internally first then got approval and start discussing with clients (existing/new).
  • Supervising to price analysis person in preparing Quotations to provide to our customer based on technical design.
  • Arranging business meeting. Preparing meeting minutes and report back to Management and follow the instruction.
  • Responsible for calculating the commercial part in business cooperation/ partnerships with some organization.
  • Attending Management meeting including Governmental affairs. Preparing important data and company slide especially for Upper Management and Government and presenting at the same time.
  • Following up for pending PO. Contract extension and amending the contract.
  • Building Strong business relationship with new Clients. Maintain sustainable and productive relationships with existing clients.
  • Preparing tracker for yearly plan with PO, AC and Inv and help finance team and financial advisor for budget plan.
  • Prepare and report the tracker of PO /AC/ Inv and SLA for Upper Management and Audit (Internal/ External).
  • Manage daily operations including employee development and assess risk involved with new initiatives, ensure deadlines are met and be ready to handle unexpected situations and specially supervising Client Acc team to follow up for Delayed payment issue and some outstanding issue with clients.
