  • Commercial experience in Export & Import field
  • Communicates with parties for contracting
  • Resolves issues with contracts and commercial operations
  • Review the sales and purchase contract
  • Looks for opportunities to grow a business, whether through partnerships or new initiatives, and works to take advantage of those opportunities
  • Develop plans for expansion and business development.
  • Coaches employees on best practices for managing contract issues and handling daily issues and tasks
  • Accepts extra duties as situations arise
  • Understand existing customer relationships and their requirements to ensure they are being met.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the business, including through partnerships, mergers and new markets
  • Analyze sales, marketing, finance and other reports to gain insights into how to improve performance and maximize growth
  • Maintain sustainable and productive relationships with existing clients
  • Manage daily operations, including contracting and development, contract negotiations and production planning
  • Assess risks involved with new initiatives, ensure deadlines are met and be ready to handle unexpected situation

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 - 5 year(s) of relevant experience in trading and commercial field.
  • Any graduated and Master degree in Business Administration (MBA) will be an advantage. 
  • Familiar with the Microsoft Office.
  • Good negotiation skills for dealing with new and existing customers.
  • Good interpersonal relationship and leadership skills.
  • Good written English and effective verbal communication skills.
