An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• Manage KOSPA LTD SLA and manage existing client relationships to grow business organically to ensure revenue and margin targets are met. The COM will work jointly and collaboratively with the finance, fleet and warehousing functions to achieve customer service levels to fit client’s needs and deliver both cost and efficiency targets.
• Manage the customer order processes to ensure all SLA services are delivered in full and on time. Ensures all relevant documents and processes required by the SLA are submitted on time and invoicing is issued from the Finance Dept to customers within SLA requirements.
• Work with the COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR to proactively manage and drive CRM processes to ensure SLA compliance and position Kospa as a leader for customer data management and achieve the status of positioning Kospa as the most efficient 3PL/4PL provider in terms ease of doing business.
• Track and report on all SLA related KPI and ensure reports are issued on time to both internal KOSPA stakeholders and customers. Take ownership of Control Tower data management and reporting relating to SLA performance and order fulfillment.
• Forecast and plan for required resources to meet existing and new SLA provide quarterly forecasts for resource / capacity requirements for Key Accounts.
• Identify and network with key industry stakeholders as agreed with the Commercial Director. Foster and develop relationships with government bodies, peak bodies and other industry stakeholders
• Manage the communication to KOSPA key accounts and internal stakeholders for operations matters relating to SLA KPI delivery including but not limited to order fulfillment, capacity planning, crisis management planning, operating KPI reporting and invoicing process /documentation.
• Work collaboratively with the Business and Strategy Analysis Manager and Operations Heads to review, analyze data, track KPI and develop plans to exploit efficiency and cost / service improvement opportunities.
• Travel / Visit all territories, customers and areas to a frequency and schedule as agreed with the Commercial Director. It is a requirement for all candidates to acknowledge and accept that travel is an integral and non-negotiable requirement for the role. This will require travel overnight outside Yangon from time to time.
• Ensure all administration processes and contracts adhere to Kospa policies and procedures by following the required Delegation of Authorities, IT, financial and other procedural guidelines as mandated.
• Implement all YSH Group policies and procedures as required from time to time. Ensures that disciplinary grievance and all other HR related policies and procedures are complied with in full.
• Assist the Commercial Director and Business and Strategy Analysis Manager with the planning and management of commercial Projects as directed.
• Remain abreast of market and industry developments and trends and actively manage Kospa’s services levels to maintain industry leadership.

Job Requirements

1. Logistics Manager Leader with 3+ years’ experience in a senior commercial/ logistics management leadership role within logistics or within business solutions business. A track record of success in MYANMAR is essential. Current Myanmar experience is preferred but candidates based in SE Asia with recent Myanmar market experience will be considered.
2. Candidates with an existing network within and experiencing of managing clients covering FMCG/ agriculture/ pharma/electronics supply chain network in Myanmar is highly desirable.
3. Burmese speaker highly desirable. Non-Burmese speaking candidates with strong relevant MYANMAR market experience will be considered.
4. Mix of developed and emerging market experience well regarded. E.g. Thailand & other SE Asian countries.
5. SLA operations management and project management exposure / experience with sound financial understanding of margin and cost drivers and operations KPI is essential.
6. Multi territory management and multi customer experience preferred.
7. Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrable record of building, upskilling, motivating and leading teams to commercial success.
8. Demonstrable record of mentoring / coaching at client and internal organization level
9. Powerful communicating and presentation skills adept at communicating and presenting to all business levels.

10. Strong IT skills and analytical skills. Above intermediate Excel skills desired. Ability to draft and present PowerPoint business presentations will be essential
