Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• PROJECT MANAGING: monitoring of project activities under commercial department as directed by Commercial Director

• A wide spectrum of activity, sales and marketing

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the execution of projects, In connection with support functions (Paris Team) and operational teams (Myanmar)

• Ensure resource availability and allocation for the project

• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements

• Monitor progress and adjust as needed

• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables

• Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation

• BUDGETING: Monitor department budget in related activities and ensure all the expenses are in accordance with the approved budget

• OTHERS:

• Liaise with various department in the company as necessary

Job Requirements

• 2-3 years in related field

• Excellent personal organizational skills, including time management, and ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

• Excellent verbal/written communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the organization developing effective working relationships to deliver outstanding results

• Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs.

• Good knowledge of Office applications ( Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc….)
