1. Develop and guide communication protocols for branch staff with clients and other external stakeholders
2. Develop and implement effective communication strategies that support operations execution, customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction.
3. Define key performance indicators for each communications channel which will indicate a campaign's level of success
4. Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all marketing materials.
5. Maintain MIFIDA’s websites, Facebook page and other media by creating engaging content and responding to clients’ inquiries
6. Determine strategic communications campaigns that will help further organizational goals
7. Create internal communications protocols and initiatives that will foster employee moral
8. Seek grant funding for MIFIDA
9. Respond to reporting required from other management and also external funders
10. Monitor and evaluate the business by gathering insights from the clients and also manage client complaints
11. Ensure that Environment and Social Management Systems, Social Performance Management, and Client Protection Principles are implemented across the company
12. Work with different departments to implement projects
13. Communicate with respective regulatory bodies
14. Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner.

1. Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations or relevant field.
2. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
3. Proven experience creating targeted content is advantageous.
4. Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.

5. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
6. Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
7. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
