Job Description

  • Establish the community advocacy and engagement process and actively communicate with development to increase user retention
  • Develop and manage communication strategy for users and user communities
  • Analyse and report the impact/result/hypotheses of communication and community promotion, and define the next actions after launch
  • Communicate and collaborate with marketing team, and product teams to execute communication plans that align with the product strategy
  • Manage and analyse performance/progression of our communication platform
  • Create and manage communication and content on our communication platform with a high level of quality and timeliness
  • Provide editorial guidance and coaching to other team members
  • Develop innovative plans, programs, and strategies to increase the reach of communication and community engagement, and facilitate community activities
  • Generate meaningful/constructive reports on community sentiment and reactions and provide feedback to the community through collaboration with marketing team and product teams
  • Plan and execute community measures, including online/offline events/promotions
  • Collaborate with partners (fan-sites, influencers, and other relevant parties) to promote our communication efforts
  • Supervising and managing the community management team and the customer service team.
  • Build strong relationships with relevant network across the industry
  • Establish and maintain the relationship with the influencers
  • Other responsibilities, as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Must have minimum of 5 years of experience in game community management or other relevant entertainment or PR fields.
  • Must have experience organizing and managing an offline event.
  • Prefer to have working experience in game portal company.
  • Prefer to have working experience in Japanese Company.
  • Must have excellent oral communication skills.
  • Prefer well-know in current trend games and social media trend.
  • Must be business level in the English language.
  • Prefer to be conversational level in the Japanese language.
