Compliance Auditor at International Apparel Company in Yangon

o Oversee and manage the factory implementation by company policies and the performance of the suppliers
o Up to 1,500,000 MMK plus other allowances

About the Company

Our client is the international based company with liaison in worldwide to production good famous brands for international apparel market. Products are mainly handbags, backpack bags. Tote bags etc. And also be building an own factory in Myanmar.

The Role

● Supervise and guideline about compliance performances of the suppliers/factory
● Auditing for the related factories and brands to implementation of HR and Compliance functions
● Ensure with internal compliance to regulations and procedure in the country of operations
● Human Resources related set ups, training and controlling for the employee decision making related with compliance

Male/Female

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree or any related field
● 3-5 years professional experience with HR and compliance function related
● Strong team player, ability to make decision related with HR, compliance for factory
● Fluent English is must, addition Chinese speaking and written
