Role and Responsibilities

  • Identification, assessment and action planning for the management of business risks through MM transactions
  • Fully oversee and support the implementation of the AML/CFT directives from regulators
  • Develop and implement the appropriate operational risk and internal control frameworks
  • Ensuring the appropriate governance process, fraud prevention procedure in place
  • Consolidate all risk matters and submit risk reports to management and Board
  • Manages and coordinates daily AML/CFT and fraud monitoring, reporting and case administration framework
  • Escalating identified threats as per regulatory requirements
  • Interfaces with MM customers and internal audit to manage fraud complaints and investigations
  • Logs, Updates risk register and ensures closure of all outstanding items in stipulated timelines
  • Understanding on applicable laws and regulatory framework
  • Deep Understanding on Mobile Financial Services business risk Factors

Job Specification

  • Degree in Law or Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience preferably in banks (or) financial institutions (or) Mobile Financial Services
