  • Provide practical and thoughtful compliance guidance to stakeholder as needed
  • Support compliance team with monitoring and auditing of business activities
  • Support engagement of healthcare professionals, consulting agreements, needs assessments and fair market activities.
  • Draft compliance policies and procedure as needed.
  • Responsible for compliance learning plans, monitoring compliance training and report accordingly.
  • Identify emerging regulatory issues, development in industrial practices and compliance risk trends.
  • Project manage aspects of the transparency reporting program, including federal and state aggregate and spend reporting and disclosure laws.
  • Work with transaction owners and third-party vendors on data collection, reporting clarification and remediation
  • Support the annual state audits as required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, law, or relevant degree
  • 3 year experience in related role, Medical/Hospital/Pharmaceutical industry
