Position Summary

To monitor compliance in full with laws and regulations imposed by the Financial Regulatory Department (FRD), Myanmar Financial Intelligence Unit (MFIU), other relevant regulations and as well as SATHAPANA ’s policies and procedures in effect.

Duties and Responsibilities

To assist and reporting to Compliance Unit manager.
To monitor and report Threshold Transaction Report (TTR) and Suspicious Transaction Report (STR) monthly basis.
To perform compliance monitoring program by checking directives, guidelines, rules and regulations.
To assist to supervisors when implementing, designing and developing compliance functions within SPNM.
Other tasks assigned by Head of Risk and Compliance based on the situation.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Prefer bachelor degrees in Laws or Business Management with working experiences; or any types of graduated person with relevant experiences.
Self-disciplined person.
Good communication skills.
Good in reading, writing and speaking English.
