Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Act as caretaker of the building, knows inside out of the building and occupants. 

  • Build & Maintains excellent relationship with the residents/customers. 

  • Provide assistance for home repair services such as helping to call for Handyman, technicians, electrician, key master, etc. 

  • Provides information regarding area, including directions, attractions, shopping, transportation, etc.

  • Acquires tickets to special events or makes reservations for clients at a variety of venues, including for dinner, recreation times (e.g., golf or tennis), or spa treatments.

  • Runs appropriate errands for guests and picks up or delivers a variety of items.

  • Receives, stores, and/or delivers mails, courier and luggage.

  • Plans and schedules special events, parties, or meetings.

  • Develops and maintains service relationships to fulfill the needs of patrons, customers, guests, or employees.

  • Assist for sending and distributing update information to residents 

  • Able to perform ad-hoc jobs assigned by the Manager

Job Requirements

  • 2 Years & above work experience in Customer Service or related field

  • Any Bachelor Degree

  • Good command of English (Writing + Speaking), prefer additional Languages for Chinese/Korea/Japanese.

  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and upholds highest core values of Integrity, teamwork, Innovation and Respect.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

  • Must have a positive attitude with the ability to remain flexible, Customer service mindset and attitude.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to work on weekends (substitute off day will be given for weekends)
