Job Description

(1)Develop digital marketing strategy aligned with business’s
objectives and goals for Consumers and Healthcare
Professionals.
(2)Plan & ensure the execution of digital marketing activities
with actively manage all digital marketing touchpoint & budget
for given areas of responsibility. Recommend increases /
decreases in spend where appropriate to take advantage of
opportunities as they occur and to achieve goals.
(3)Accountable in the continuous enhancement & KPI deliverables of
brands' digital touchpoint.
(4)Report regularly on the effectiveness of digital marketing
activities. Make recommendation to agencies and cross
functional teams as to improving performance. Set goals &
monitor performances.
(5)Create a test & learn & scale environment to ensure staying
on top of industry and corporate trends. React quickly to results
& formulate action plans to optimize & grow initiatives and
channels where we see positive impact.
(6)Responsible for ensuring business leadership know how your
effort drive results & where you're making changes to improve
outcome.
(7)Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end
customer experience across multiple customer touch points.
(8)Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
(9)Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership
and perspective for adoption where appropriate within the digital
space.
(10)Identify trends, new opportunities, insights, and optimize
spend and performance based on the insights.
(11)Manage 3rd party careline and collaborate with agencies in
terms of reports and action plans for improvement.
(12)Manage consumer complaint process as aligned SOP via
careline.

Job Requirements

(1)Bachelor’s (BA or BS) in business, marketing, or related field;
MBA (or related Master’s) preferred.
(2)Proven working experience as Digital Marketing in
FMCG/Digital/Agency/Telecom.
(3) Proven ability to develop digital marketing planning and
execution.
(4)Knowledgeable in Digital Marketing, including CRM
campaigns, online tracking tools, with an understanding of digital
advertising metrics on both efficiency & effectiveness.
(5)Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences
and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and
motivate.

A minimum of 6 years in digital marketing. Wider exposure to
brand marketing/consumer insights will be a value add.
