Job Description

  • Oversee and direct construction projects from conception in the aspect of design, construction sequences & methods.
  • Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables.
  • Oversee all on site and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate and direct construction teams and contractors.
  • Select tools, materials and equipment and trick inventory.
  • Meet contractual conditions of performance.
  • Review the work progress on daily basis.
  • Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
  • Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
  • Review and negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts.
  • Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction method.

Job Requirements

  • BE (Civil)
  • Must have PE certificate holder
  • Must have 20 years of experiences in related field
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experiences of Deep Excavation & High-Rise building project
  • Must be use Microsoft project, word, excels, CAD
