On behalf of our Client, a farm equipment supplier. We are looking for a: Consultant (Logistics & Planning Department) to be based at their offices in Yangon, Myanmar.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyzes the existing function of the team
  • Suggests structural changes or provides team structure for missing function
  • Conducts gap analysis on existing work process flow
  • Reviews existing JDs & SOP and adapts and creates based on new department structure
  • Upgrades and optimizes on existing tools to improve current work process
  • Provides training and assistance in implementation
  • Coaches existing people
  • Develops on job training and establish continuous training plan
  • Advises on recruitment criteria and help with the recruitment
  • Helps with the department to apply and secures all license that is required for a logistic service provider

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • University degree in any subject
  • At least 10 years of experiences in all around Logistics Industry
  • Must be familiar with Myanmar Port Authorities, Myanmar International freight forwarder association
  • Excellent logistics management skills and negotiation skills
  • Having solid knowledge of ERP software system and SAP software system
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 
  • Excellent command of English Language
  • Be able to travel as business trips
