About the Job: The primary duty of the Brand Manager (Consumer), reporting to Director of Marketing, is to oversee the management of the consumer product portfolio, which comprises Condoms and lubes, particularly in the retail channel and consumer landscape. Alongside this, he/she will also be responsible for managing branding and communications to enhance the positioning of Kiss Premium Condoms, Fiesta Premium Condoms and to grow the lubricant portfolio.

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Develop brand marketing strategies and action plans to build brand awareness, brand value and to drive growth in sales, distribution, and visibility of the product portfolio.
  • Monitor market trends by keeping a close watch on the activities of your competitors in the market.
  • Conduct market research to gain insights into consumer behavior, preferences, and trends, and report the brand performance regularly. 
  • Monitor and analyze market and competitive trends to identify opportunities and potential risks and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with different internal units to develop the marketing plans and campaigns that drive the sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure that all marketing initiative are cost-effective and deliver a strong ROI by designing and implementing the effective consumer and trade promotions.
  • Work closely with external agencies and vendors to create and execute marketing initiatives including of media and communications plans for the brands, not only to be in line with the DKT’s marketing strategies, to increase the awareness, consideration, and uptake (ATL, TTL, BTL), but also to resonate with the target consumer audience and trade to increase sales. 
  • Conceptualize and develop marketing materials specific to brand and channel to make sure the Point-of-Sales communication is maximized. 
  • Lead the new product development and brand extension process for all condom brands and lubes.
  • Have a systematic measure and records of all sales promotion performances and results.

Job Requirements

  • University Degree in any disciplines (prefer with Professional certificate or Master Degree or Diploma in Marketing Management or Business Management)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales and marketing, branding of consumer products, especially Alcohol, Cigarettes and Condoms, is required.
  • Understanding and good knowledge of Marketing, especially brand management, POSM management, channel management, and the marketing of FMCG products, Condoms, Cigarettes, Beer and Alcohol.
  • Digital friendliness, especially with all google services and Microsoft office.
  • Proactiveness and fast responses are expected.
  • Good command of English in both writing and speaking skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a multicultural environment
  • Attention to detail and high level of efficiency is required.
  • Strong interpersonal, communications & presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize 
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally if needed.
  • Knowledge about Sexual Reproductive Health and contraceptives will be an asset.
