  • Responsible for two Marketing capabilities: Merchandising and Consumer Marketing Strategy.
  • Ensure effective collaboration with consumer activation team, field teams and marketing teams in order to achieve effective implementation and alignment with the market and integrated activities.
  • Ensure effective agency management and coordination to support activations.
  • In Merchandising, responsible for development of merchandising strategy and manage end to end execution, and proper measures of merchandising effectiveness and find opportunities for improvement.
  • In consumer activation strategy, responsible for the development of consumer marketing strategy, setting direction of leisure channel, development of BTL communication strategy, leisure and DTC special activations, and measurement of consumer activations effectiveness.
  • Responsible to identify area specific and consumer centric opportunities by working closesly with Strategic Insights and field.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor degree in marketing or related field. 
  • At least 5+ years’ experience in FMCG marketing department.
  • Experience in merchandising and visibility strategy, marketing communications, channel management and agency management. 
  • Understanding of trade enviroment and sales team execution. 
  • Good project management skills with attention to detail and analytical skills. 
  • Consumer marketing knowledge and Consumer relationship. 
  • Fluency in English and Myanmar.
