Analysis of Fuel Station Invoices against O&M Partner Drawn Fuel.
Checking of Fuel Station Invoice Unit Costs against published fuel costs.
Analysis of site fuel deliveries against tank balances and forecast CPH.
Analysis of CPH against DGRH and O&M Partner declared fuel consumption.
Checking Partner Fuel Filling Plan against forecast consumption.
Reconciliation of Fuel Filling Data with O&M Partners.
Forecasting Advance Cash Fuel Payments to O&M Partners based on previous consumption, tank balance, operational issue, CPH and other additional requirements.
Submission of reconciled fueling invoices to AP Finance Department.
Conducting review meetings with O&M Partner Fuel Teams as required.
Generation of Exception Reports as follows:
- Excessive CPH against agreed Site CPH
- Excessive DGRH based on Site Model
- Excessive Fuel delivery quantity
- Fuel Theft incidents
Report and follow up on Exception Reports with O&M Partner Fuel Teams.
Submission of weekly Excessive DGRH to AP Regional Managers for maintenance follow up action.
Assisting with EPC Bill Reconciliation as required.
