  • To QC’ing properly all of the SKUs on Shop website
  • Need to check/edit each SKUs with issues
  • Fixed SKUs need to be 100% QC’ing as per SOP guidelines.
  • Evaluate the product/seller reivews daily
  • Monitor the daily chat dump of Instant Messaging channel, make sure there are no Shop policies breach and facilitate between Shoppers and Sellers.
  • Observe abusive language on daily basis
  • Make the phone call to sellers if need be.

  • Good Communication Skills and Negotiation Skills
  • Team Management
  • Self-Motivation and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Graduated
  • Advance Computer Typing Skills (Myanmar/English)
  • Good Computer Knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Etc)
  • SEO/SEM
  • Proficient Burmese and English (Written & Spoken)
