Purpose of the Designation

To get new projects, make good relationship with the clients, subcontractors and solve the contractual issue in a friendly manner.

1. Direct and evaluate the department daily work scopes
2. Leader in the tender and post contract activities
3. Control project running cost, manage the project expense, and advice on cost limit and budgets
4. Responsible for tender pricing, analysis and agreement of the contract sum
5. Assessment and certification of Sub contract, their claim, Purchase order, other project expenses  
6. Direct and oversee contracts throughout their lifecycle
7. Main facilitator for contract negotiations, recommendations, monitoring
8. Get approval from director for Contract price, Contract terms, and other price related issue

9. Work collaboratively with Project manager, sale mangers and other internal departments

10. Give direction to variation order, extension of cost and time and contractual amendments

11. Recommend contract type, method of solicitation, milestones and sources to be solicited. If required, negotiate with client’s attorneys

12. Control of all contract correspondence and maintain contractual changes for all projects

• Bachelor Degree Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Age between 30 to 40 years 
• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in construction or Interior Joinery Fit out Projects
• Must have contract managing experiences for Projects.
• Excellent organizational skills, a high level of initiative
• Microsoft Office (Power point, Word, Excel, MS Project)
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Knowledge in FIDIC & PSSCOC contract/ SIA and legal system
• Able to use AutoCAD and Sketchup
• Certificate on Contract Management Course
• Certificate on Quantity surveying course
