An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Be the first point of contact for members of the public, clients, site managers and sub-contractors for as long as the contract lasts.
Negotiate sub-contract orders and monitor sub-contractors, plan critical dates, or organize labor.
Write, evaluate, negotiate and execute various contracts covering a range of transactions.
Communicate and present information regarding contract’s terms to stakeholders and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers.
Create & Maintain relationships of specified project with clients.
Responsible for agreeing extra work to be done on a contract, helping to resolve any disputes which come up, and identifying areas for improvement in contracting processes.
Monitor and Prepare the Contracts by adjusting Contract’s Terms and Conditions. (Payment, Project Schedule, Legal facts) with Operation Team and other parties.
Solve the QA/QC Reports’ defects according to the Contract’s Terms and Conditions while making the Record of the sub-contractors’ Feedback.
Handle and solve on going contract-related issues and change management.
Discuss and get approval from management and update Contract’s Terms and Condition according to Replaced/ Amended Rules and Regulation Laws and Labor Laws.
Cooperate with Project Coordinators and Contractors for Progress Review, a Problem Solving and risk management.
Oversee the projects to be in line with contracts T&C from the start through to completion, and ensure that work is completed on time and within its budget.
Work on a wide variety of projects, a single scheme, or may look after several smaller ones.
Manage client expectations while resolving Health and safety issues.
Maintain correspondence and documentation related to contracts.
Ensure contracts and move forward with close-out, extension or renewal of contracts.

Job Requirements

B.E (Civil)
Minimum 8 years and above in the related field.
Need to understand all aspects of the contracting process, and technical building requirements — plus good commercial sense is a must.
Need to be able to establish strong working relationships with a wide range of people.
Be a team player – but you also need to be able to use your own initiative and make your own decisions as well.
Need to be well-organized and capable of meeting deadlines. Good maths and IT skills will also help.
Effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Exceptional attention to detail, and talent for accuracy and precision
Deep understanding of contracts, contract governance, contractual language and the contract lifecycle
Critical thinking skills and the ability to research and understand legal and financial implications
Excellent understanding of the business or industry, its service, customers and providers
