Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for reliability and availability of the instrumentation and control equipment (switchyard, generators, transformer, MCC and motors, transmitters, analyzers, PLC, DCS)
• Develop maintenance philosophy, preventative maintenance schedule, maintenance procedures and repair procedure in accordance with industrial best practises.
• Lead and execute maintenance activities in accordance with Company Health, Safety, Environment guidelines and Permit-To-Work requirement.
• Ensure compliance to Local and International code of practices.
• Preparing schedule, execution plan, manpower, spare part for plant major maintenance activities and lead the team to ensure smooth and timely execution of all the major maintenance activities
• Demonstrates and ability to make competent decisions in emergency situations.
• Supervise the team for daily control & instrumentation maintenance tasks
• Prepare, monitoring and controlling of  C&I maintenance budget
• Understand and ensure compliance of safety, PTW, MS and RA
• Liaising with purchasing department for ordering spare part and consumable as well as maintenance contract.
• Maintain plant instrumentation and control spare part and record.
• Troubleshooting, diagnosis of the electrical and control related issue and provide the solution to team.
• To conduct root cause analysis for failure
• Assist in developing future project for new equipment and major repairs
• Any other tasks/projects as assigned by the Maintenance C&I Team Leader/Maintenance Manager

• BE/B.Tech or diploma in electrical/electronic engineering with minimum 7 years’ experience as maintenance engineer in the similar industries.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Able to speak, read and write simple English
• Ability to read and interpret equipment drawings, single line drawing, logic diagram, wiring diagram, technical manuals and P&ID's.
• Team player with strong communication / interpersonal skills.
•  Knowledge of plant safety/Permit to work system/Method statement and risk analysis is an advantage
•  Knowledge with SAP system is an advantage
