A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Maintain Huawei Core system, including regular health check, issue troubleshooting, technical solution implementation (installation, commissioning, integration, optimization) and remote / on-site support and emergency recovery activities.
  • Handle service requests and implement configuration changes for Core Network system.
  • Provide technical support and solution to customers, including system capacity, license management, expansion of software and hardware, etc.
  • Documentation management and knowledge transfer, case study summary, customer training, system report collecting, etc.

Job Requirements

  • Any degree in Engineering & Computer Science or Telecommunication related major, IP related certification (CCIE/CCIP, Or HCIE/HCIP have more priority). Smart and fast learner and adapt to new environment quickly.
  • Have basic knowledge and skills of telecom network and storage device, vitalization platform.
  • Must have good reading/writing capability and willing to learn proactively.
  • Hardworking and well cooperative with others, high sense of responsibility.
  • Good work attitude, willing to work over time, including on-duty on holidays and 24 hours remote assistance and support.
  • Have a strong personal interest in developing self-professional competencies and skills. Fluency in English or Chinese (Reading/Writing/Speaking)
  • Flexible, showing initiative, perseverance and have good communication & co-operation skills, strong team-work.
  • FRESH GRADUATES with good academic background are encouraged to apply
  • Can work well under pressure.
