Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

• All operations and sales related to in-land travel business
• Increase travel business in accordance with business plan targets
• Retain and increase bus operators
• Expand travel business
• 5 Any corporate or SME business that deals directly with the business without any sales inter mediation
• A Life Planner Manager (LPM) will be added to the team to refer retail cases to the Life Planner team
• Meet pre-defined sales targets
• Maintain and expand corporate and SME relationships
• Operate in accordance with activity plan format
• Responsibility to ensure proper renewal rates for Fire and Motor business in collaboration with Call Center, Operations Renewal team and Commercial
• Meet target renewal rates for Motor and Fire
• Act as interface to all customer queries
• Refer where necessary to relevant home-office department
• Referral to Life Planner team for sales leads
• Collaborate effectively with home-office departments
• Meet where required pre-defined Service-Level-Agreement targets

Job Requirements

• Myanmar Nationality with excellent English communication skills
• Digitalization objectives are met at all branches.
• Should be open to travel frequently
• Agile with customer-centricity focus; digitally savvy; and is a people's person.
• He/she does not need to have insurance background but rather having extensive experience in driving changes throughout large branches network
