Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for organizing the documents to prepare a monthly report in a timely.
  • Host, Act & Serve visitors and conduct the Tour in terms of detailed explanation of all exhibits to achieve the targeted numbers of visitors and promote internal & external brand experiences.
  • Responsible for documentation of the souvenir items sales, performing cash collection, official sales receipt, payment process, and updating monthly stock inventory list and report to CC Manager.
  • Develop a “Pride Tour” program to promote corporate brand experience by exploring new innovative ways to increase item sales & involve the development of corporate merchandise.
  • Operate and handle the operations & provide customer service for Sule Square Office, Lounge & other possible outlets for a meeting, and internal and external activities as necessary or requested.
  • Execute and support to CC Executive by tracking and following up on the assigned tasks & jobs of the CC section.
  • Track, Analyze, Translate & Prepare the Media report documentation (from Media News channels) for the management to have a better understanding of the corporate brand value.

Job Requirements

Primary Requirements:

  • Any bachelor’s degree. (Bachelor in Art/Journalism/Media & Communication/Business Development are prefepreferable).
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in customer service with a food beverage service background.
  • Advanced level of Media and computer using skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Graphic Design will be plus) and English literacy.
  • Good in communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Public Relations/ Presentations
