Job Description

This position will be responsible for:

  • Leading and supporting cross functional projects instructed by the management.
  • Maintaining project schedules, work plans, and other general project management resources.
  • Liaising and coordinating between various functions to acquire information, to track and to manage project deliverables and timeline.
  • Aiding in set up of project execution schedule to establish the best logical work sequences based on gathered project requirement.
  • Developing new processes and putting in place effective feedback mechanism.
  • Generating regular project status and performance metrics.
  • Checking and consolidating regular market updates from internal stakeholders and the web.
  • Writing high quality reports and presentations as required.
  • Taking and distributing comprehensive minutes at meetings as required.
  • Organizing and safekeeping of corporate planning materials and documents.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Must possess integrity, credibility and commitment in the core values of the Company.
  • Minimum of a BA with strong office management experience.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial and financial understanding.
  • Strong command of English and Myanmar languages, both written and spoken.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Proven track record in exceeding goals.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in taking and preparing of meeting minutes.
  • Action oriented individual who enjoys working hard and looks for challenges and have a thorough understanding of general management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to follow up on all issues related to Corporate Planning.
  • Project management, problem solving, and team collaboration and experience with corporate measurement a plus.
  • Honest, trustworthy, respectful, and demonstrate sound work ethics.
  • Experience in multi-disciplinary projects with resources in multiple locations (not a must)
