• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred law degree (LLB)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management or experience in practicing corporate law
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, Excellent Presentation Skills
• Resourceful and proficiency in problem solving, Effective Communication Skills with all levels of stakeholders
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules & overall action items. Using judgment to select the most appropriate and effective choices, and weighing costs and benefits.
• Skills using database, spreadsheet, word-processing software, particularly Microsoft 365, to facilitate daily work and prepare reports
• Experience in work directly involved in providing administrative support, special event or conference planning preferred
• Ability to accommodate working across time zones .
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
