Country Manager at a market leading Personal Care Company

  • Responsible to develop and implement the brand marketing strategy for new and existing products.
  • Up to 5,000,000 MMK and other allowances

About the Company

 

Our client is a successful personal care company which provides outstanding cosmetic products and services to the customers.

 

The Role

  • Lead the team to develop ATL/BTL marketing activities for skin care category.
  • Manage the social media to improve brand reputation and develop new distribution channel.
  • Oversee P&L and collaborate with cross functional team throughout the strategic and creative development process.

Job Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in cosmetics or personal care industry and at least 5 years of experience in management level
  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
  • Business English is a must
  • Has strong innovative and market penetration skill.
