Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Overseeing daily operations
  • Developing operational plans
  • Implementing brand strategies
  • Developing financial plan
  • Managing operating costs
  • Preparing stock replenishment report
  • Preparing stock and sales projection
  • Developing annual sales strategies and budgets
  • Planning for new product launch
  • Reporting weekly/monthly business performance analysis
  • Controlling and managing stock/short expiry
  • Improving sales and distribution routes
  • Ensures compliance with all company procedures/SOP’s and government regulations
  • Effectively managing employees
  • Recruiting and selecting employees
  • Training and development of all employees

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s (or) master  degree in business (or related fields) required
  • At least ten  years’ experience in Pharmaceutical/FMCG distribution in  market
  • Possess excellent decision-making, strategic thinking, leadership, interpersonal, and ethical conduct skills
  • Possess excellent Financial literacy
  • Ability to manage team members effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Proactive management style
  • Strong knowledge of local market conditions
  • Proficient in English
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
