Study design briefs and determine requirements.
Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software.
Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting to team leader for approval.
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
Work with content writer team to produce final design.
Coordinating with content writers, art services, photographers, web designer, digital marketing, printer, and colleagues as necessary.
Test graphics across various digital media platform.
Amend designs after feedback.
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for e-newspaper, product illustrations, logos, and websites with various software.
Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
Experience as a graphic designer or in related field.
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator.
A strong eye for visual composition.
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
Understanding of photography, marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
Experience with computer-aided design
Ability to work on cutting edge technology.
Willing to work for meaningful impact to society through digital technology.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
