Job Description

He/ she will report to the Creative Director and operate under the Art Director supervision. He or she will be responsible for developing design concepts and frameworks for KBZ Bank and KBZPay Campaigns and Marketing Materials. He/she will work innovatively within the brand requirements for consistency in collaboration with the Business Partner and Creative team. This is a position for someone who is extremely motivated and creative, with a great sense of aesthetics and the ability to accomplish design tasks on time. He or she will be in charge of overseeing the creation of art, photos, copy, and other creative materials, as well as managing all phases of creative development work from idea to completion. He or she will also work with cross-functional teams to ensure that campaigns are cohesive and successful.

  • ake part in brainstorming sessions with the creative team and business partners to generate innovative ideas.

  • Create and lead creative strategies that align with company objectives and target audiences.

  • Can present multiple KV concepts according to the design brief.

  • To guarantee timely completion and high-quality output, manage all phases of creative development work, from concept to completion.

  • Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with the marketing team.

  • Follow KBZ Branding requirements and understand how to use brand assets and design that is always on brand. 

  • Create attractive marketing, sales, and operational collateral using a visual style. 

  • Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials

  • Work closely with the Creative team and marketing team to launch campaigns.

  • Research and be updated on the latest design trends and practices.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, advertising, or a related area is required.

  • 5+ years related experience

  • Experience at an advertising and creative agency is a plus

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite 

  • Extensive knowledge of 3D design, Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effect

  • Strong creativity and presentation skills

  • Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work

  • Good communication skills in English.

  • Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in fast-paced environment

  • Team spirit and good communication with team members
