Job Description

  • Demonstrated knowledge of credit and collection policies and procedures, and credit risk.
  • Monitoring the loan recovery portfolio and shown proven track record.
  • To handle Recovery on Delinquent Consumer and Enterprise (Corporate/Trade/SME) accounts.
  • Ensure deadline for legal proceeding is met (i.e. submission of document and court hearing).
  • Liaison with head of corporate collection / enterprise / SME.
  • Resolve customer issues or complaints within stipulated timeframe.
  •  Review for appropriate remedial actions, including different types of legal actions.
  • Providing administration matters such as preparation of letters and type of options aligned with Management’s decision.
  • Drive continuous improvements and achieve best practices, using Methodology.
  • Contribute and collaborate with team to achieve team’s goals and performance targets to get back credit.
  • To contact customers for negotiating repayment plan and drive service standards.

Job Requirements

  • Must have Degree or Diploma in any related field.
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in banking debt recovery or back-end collection fields.
  • Microfinance recovery background is preferred.
  • Must have knowledge in legal proceedings.
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
