- Oversee payment terms and conditions to be aligned with client contracts- Evaluating new credit requests and conducting client credit checks- Facilitating and supporting between commercial and finance departments for client matters.- Managing and collecting debts from company debtors- Negotiating payment plans- Managing the collection of all payments and debts- Responding to client inquiries- Preparing statements and reports for the company accountant.- Managing the sales ledger.- Preparing the Debtor analysis- Liaising with customers and the commercial department.- Initiate legal action against debtors who evade or refuse repayment according to the terms and conditions- Report and Assist to Financial Controller and Chief Accountant

Job Requirements
- Must have 5 years and above experienc es in debts collection field
- Age above (35) years old
- Ability to reconcile complex debtors' accounts.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to deal with problematic clients.
- Must be proficient in Excel
