Branch Credit Manager is responsible for initial credit evaluation and key tasks include generating portfolio performance on banking clients, credit risk assessment procedures and acting as a bridge between customers and getting approvals. The position performs supervisory duties of monitoring subordinates’ information collection and documentation on credit risk and other credit related aspects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing the Credit Application process from the inquiry to disbursement.
• Conduct discussion with customers to establish credit worthiness.
• Assessment and Monitoring of Credit Risk according to regulatory and internal risk policies on a portfolio of clients.
• Coordinate with Sales to achieve target and collaborate with collection to reduce credit loss and delinquency.
• Supervise the work of the credit staffs.
• Monitor and review the performance of the credit portfolio on regular basis and action for review and recovery.
• Making sure reporting of related credit information deliver in timely manner to Credit Management Department (CMD) and act as a bridge between CMD and customers.
• Manage documentation for newly approved loans, post disbursement and partly disbursed loans.

• Require a bachelor’s degree/Diploma in finance, Economic, Accounting, Business Management, Business Administration or other related field.
• Good understanding of the process of Banking and having experience in the areas of credit processing will be added as an advantage.
• Strong understanding of lending procedures.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure work environment with completing deadline.
• Excellent oral communication, report writing skills and willingness to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good command in English.
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in Financial Industry- Credit role.
