Job Description

Conduct comprehensive credit assessments and analysis of loan applications.
Assess creditworthiness and risk factors based on financial data, industry trends, and other relevant information.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for credit evaluations.
Provide strategic leadership in credit underwriting activities, overseeing a team of credit underwriters.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior underwriters to enhance their skills and performance.
Prepare detailed credit reports and recommendations for senior management.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of financial statements and credit underwriting principles.
Strong analytical skills to assess creditworthiness and analyze financial statement
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
