Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Design and regularly prepare portfolio reports including: portfolio composition reports (by segment, product, geography etc.), portfolio quality reports, default analysis, vintage and flow rate analysis, credit performance analysis etc.
  • Compile credit risk section for senior management and risk committee reporting
  • Prepare compliance and regulatory credit reporting
  • Create and maintain credit analysis templates, tools and models (e.g. scorecards), including corporate/SME rating tools
  • Perform random checks on the credit portfolio
  • Design data analytic assignments leveraging on analysis of both internal customer and credit bureau data (when available) to facilitate the formulation and setting of credit strategies and portfolio actions across various business sectors.
  • Monitor and report portfolio management and profitability analyses of various product portfolios
  • Monitor and report analysis for different delinquency portfolio on net flow, payment pattern as well as vintage to identify early earning triggers to mitigate risks
  • Monitor and report acquisition analysis on different marketing programs, including approval rate, deviation approval and decline reason analysis, etc
  • Provide credit risk subject matter expertise to operational teams supporting interactions with customers relating to credit reporting matters

Job Requirements

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills in conducting analysis using customer performance data, credit bureau/ vendor data, and marketing data to make profitable underwriting decisions;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills and an ability to transform data into insight to support decision making
  • Hands on experience in statistical techniques like logistic regression, clustering, segmentation etc.
  • Candidate is expected to bring in an analytical mind-set and problem-solving approach and drive throughput for the team- Experience in banking domain with knowledge across customer lifecycle is must
  • Bachelors’ degree from reputable university
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Banking – preferably on credit analytics
