EFD Group and its group of companies in the Financial sector is looking for a experienced persons in the financial service sector. Credit supervisor, one of the core members of the operation team, is responsible to escalate credit loans to support the company’s financial condition with solid knowledge in alignment with Myanmar financial regulations. The aim of this position is to lead initiatives for delivering credit in alignment with credit policies.  This position is responsible to develop and enhance the credit reporting and monitoring framework which meets the requirements of credit policies. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of credit delivered reports. Performs credit analysis and interprets the information and suggest actions for consideration to the Senior Management.

Duties/Responsibilities - Outline the duties and responsibilities of the position

  • Responsible for checking customer provided information and document
  • Responsible to contact with customer for verification and cross references
  • Responsible to communicate with sale team for updating customer information or documents
  • Responsible for making credit report for management for loan approval
  • Responsible for conducting new and ongoing training for new credit analysts
  • Responsible for conducting on-site client visits for credit supervision
  • Responsible for ensuring quantitative and qualitative loan target fulfillment of the group
  • Responsible for supporting, coaching and mentoring group members
  • Responsible for participation in the training of new loan officers

Job Requirements

  • Must be University Graduated
  • Must have minimum one years’ experience in credit transaction of financial organization
  • Must have Basic finance knowledge
  • Must be hard-working, detail -oriented person
  • Must be good communication skills
  • Must be willingly relocate to another region
  • Must be Computer literacy
  • Willing to travel for business purposes
