The role holder is responsible for effectively managing business development and sales operations for SME Banking and Business Alliance by developing the sales strategy and identifying, originating and pursuing new business opportunities to enable achievement of customer acquisition, market share, revenue and profit margins. The role holder is also responsible for developing and maintaining healthy relationships with a network of key clients, championing and driving the implementation of sales and customer care initiatives to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service. The role holder is also responsible for supporting the bank’s strategies and initiatives to provide an effective and engaging digital customer on-boarding experience, expand the agent and merchant networks, and drive the usage of mobile and digital applications, in order to achieve economic and social development in Myanmar through nationwide financial inclusion.

• According to Target, Checking the customer information form that reports from VCBM / OSBC / RM and verifying whether it is eligibility or not
• To inform and communicate with the branch
• Discuss about what is not clear.
• Record and Register of the Flies
• To prepare Loan Package for Approvers
• To make monthly reports for related Functions or VCs
• To analyst the current status and the possible future status as per business’ s condition
• Regularly monitor on MIS for the Loan Customer’s Cash Flow statement

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, (Degree major in Economics, Business Management or related field from an accredited university is preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Banking Industry
• Good in spoken and writing English skills required
• Possesses wide-ranging industry experience, uses professional concepts to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
• Excellent in Microsoft Word, Excel and Analysis
• Demonstrates high energy, professionalism and maturity
