In this positon you will work with our customers to help them see extraordinary growth through ongoing engagement, business consulting and delight.  As a CRM Project Manager you will be take care of end-to-end delivery of projects. You should be a highly motivated multi-tasker with experience managing CRM or IT projects with digital components. The primary focus of the candidate is to develop long term sustainable relationship with clients and consultant team.

• Involved in business development activities such as requirement gathering and preparing SOW.
• Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, elements, resource allocation and forming project teams.  
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Can walk hand-in hand with business development team and consultant team.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Track of project deliverables using project management tools.
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of project to clients and consultant.
• Ensure the timely delivery of the project within scope of work.
• Present meaningful reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
• Manage and maintain relationships with 3rd party partners.
• Serve as subject matter expert for project management and Salesforce CRM technology.
• Troubleshooting challenges/problems that arise during the project and develop action plans to address problems
• Provide CRM Training to Clients/ Staff.
• Serve as project manager for all CRM-related projects.
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution

• Minimum 2-year experience in related fields and working in similar role.
• Must have excellent communication, can fluently speak, read and write English.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
• Ability to adapt, multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management skills.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
