On behalf of our Client, a medical equipment supplier. We are looking for a: Customer Associate to be based at their offices in Yangon, Myanmar.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greets and welcomes the customers with good communication
  • Provides general information to customer clearly and action oriented to meet customer’s needs and wants
  • Performs good handling the customer complaints and able to work under pressure
  • Reports daily, weekly and monthly issues
  • Interacts with a wide variety of people both staff and member of the public is essential
  • Have to use software/ system to deal with customers and have to keep the daily customer’s data in an excel format
  • Have to communicate with related departments upon issue
  • Coordinates and performs other related tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

  • University degree in any major subject
  • At least (1) year’ experience in related position
  • Good communication, negotiation and leadership skills
  • Good personality in tele performance and excellent call center servicing
  • Active learner with good personality
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Basic command of the English Language
  • Be able to travel as business trips
