Customer Care and Service

  • Supervising day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
  • Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner.
  • Creating effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
  • Developing customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
  • Implementing an effective customer loyalty program.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer service activities and discussions.
  • Assessing service statistics and preparing detailed reports on your findings.
  • Managing the approved budget of the customer service department.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned and directed by direct superior.

 

Complaints Management

  • Working with sales staff to follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns
  • Meeting with clients to discuss complaints and offer solutions to any problems they may be experiencing with their current service providers
  • Preparing reports summarizing complaint data for management review
  • Documenting all activities related to each complaint for easy reference in future conversations with the customer
  • Taking detailed notes during conversations with clients to ensure all important details are included in the case file
  • Following up with customers to ensure that they are satisfied with the resolution
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned and directed by direct superior.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
