Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Answering incoming calls and respond to customer emails, messages from social media
  • Manage and resolve customer complaint
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Follow up customer call where necessary

  • Strong customer service experience in ISP field.
  • Patient and complaint handling skill.
  • Able to work overtime and rotate schedule.
  • Typing skill and technical knowledge.
  • Multi Tasking.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • 1+ year in ISP customer service.
  • Can work on shifting schedule
  • Good communication skills , Good knowledge on Social Media
  • Basic level of English Language and computer skill ( Microsoft Excel , Word )
